Helen Kelly is an experienced Reflexologist who is passionate about supporting clients who have experienced Trauma to Heal & Recover through Reflexology. She helps people reconnect with calm, balance, and the wisdom of their body.

This training will explore how a gentle, trauma-informed approach to Reflexology will help clients who have experienced Trauma to feel safer, calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
