SHEILA NUGENT BIOGRAPHY

Sheila is one of the founding members of the Irish Reflexologist Institute (IRI) Ltd. and was Chairperson of the Irish Council of Reflexologists from 1991-95. Sheila taught her first reflexology diploma course in Cookstown in 1985 in the counties of Derry, Donegal, Sligo, Galway, Tyrone, Antrim, Down, Monaghan, Cavan, Longford, Roscommon and Dublin. Sheila currently teaches all her courses in Queen’s University, Belfast and in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. Sheila changed the name of her school in 2017 to Sheila Nugent School of Reflexology and Holistic Therapies Ltd, as the school teaches Indian Head Massage alongside the diploma, advanced, reading the feet and baby & toddler reflexology.
