Hand Stretching, Relaxing and Breathing Exercises Series
Following on the success of our World Reflexology Week Hand Stretching and Relaxing workshop on request of our esteemed members, IRIL are delighted to announce a Breathe, Relax and Stretch workshop series in collaboration with Anita from Happy Feet Reflexology
Happy Feet Reflexology’s Breathe, Relax and Stretch workshops are designed to avoid and relieve symptoms of Repetitive Strain Injury, Repetitive Stress Injury as well as improve hand and wrist mobility, flexibility and dexterity by strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Developed during the lockdown these specific exercises have relieved symptoms of arthritis, Dupuytren’s contracture, tendonitis and many more wrist and hand conditions as well as associated pain for hundreds of people who attended Happy Feet Reflexology’s corporate workshops.
Anita, founder of Happy Feet Reflexology, recently demonstrated her techniques at Network Ireland’s National Conference to a hybrid audience and received an overwhelming positive response not only from the in-person and online attendees of 400 business women but technicians and stage workers coordinating the event as well.
These workshops are open to our members’ families and Anita is actively encouraging every participant to invite their children and family members to join in. The moves and techniques are helpful for every age group and can increase natural bond between family members.
Children automatically gravitate towards these interactive workshops and are delighted to participate.
