PROFILE:

Louise McHale qualified as a reflexologist in 2018 from the Deirdre Murray School of Reflexology. Prior to training as a reflexologist, Louise worked as a Microbiologist in the Pharmaceutical industry for over 8 years. She has additional training in Oncology Reflexology, Reading the feet, Antenatal Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology and is currently training in ‘Reflexology for the Treatment of Pain’. Louise is also a member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists specializing in fertility and reproductive issues.
Louise has a diploma in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology from the Irish Mindfulness Academy.

PERSONAL STATEMENT:

After years of burning the candle at both ends, I am a big promoter of work/life balance. I am passionate about and continually fascinated by the mind-body connection. Working as a reflexologist and mindfulness coach really lifts me up and I am beyond grateful that I reaped the benefits from both when I needed it most and that I now get to see others benefit from it.
I love to read, I enjoy a glass of red wine and am a big fan of cold dips in the lake or sea (not all at once 🙂 ).
