She is a graduate of the Munster Technological University and the Royal College of Surgeons. She is an accredited member\, and current chairperson\, of the Irish Fertility Counsellors Association (IFCA). She works as a specialist fertility counsellor with the Waterstone Clinic where she offers implications counselling for people who are accessing donor treatments and supportive counselling for clients undergoing all forms of fertility treatment. Marian also has a private practice in Cork city. DESCRIPTION:Thursday 23rd October 2025 7pm-8pm (Recorded) \nSally is an experienced reflexologist passionate about enhancing women’s health and overall wellbeing.  This includes knowledge and experience in supporting women through menopause.\nShe has been a reflexologist for 25 years and works part-time for the Association of Reflexologists. She is also a qualified teacher and has previously taught the Reflexology Diploma but now focuses on teaching advanced courses for qualified reflexologists in Menopause\, Maternity and Mindful Reflexology (support for clients living with stress\, anxiety and depression). \nShe also has a thriving reflexology practice in SE London. Through this work\, she has been privileged to support many amazing clients towards improved wellbeing. \nResearch shows reflexology improves many menopausal symptoms. But can we do more? Menopause is a normal transition and a time when women can decide who they want to be for the rest of their lives and plan how they can achieve that – and we can be there to support this journey. \nDuring this presentation\, Sally will start by looking at why we\, as reflexologists\, need to be talking about Menopause\, as she believes there has never been a better time.
