Tyrone. Sheila changed the name of her school in 2017 to Sheila Nugent School of Reflexology and Holistic Therapies Ltd\, as the school teaches Indian Head Massage alongside the diploma\, advanced\, reading the feet and baby & toddler reflexology. \nThe importance of protecting your energy as a therapist is more important than the reflexology treatment itself. This is vital so the therapist does not deplete their own energy whilst giving a treatment.
