A tailored evidence based approach supports both partners—cleaner nutrition\, stress management\, gentle exercise\, and reflexology help regulate/enhance menstruation in women\, while men benefit from dietary support\, reflexology\, and both benefit from naturopathic techniques alongside SA analysis or referrals for further investigation. This client-centred\, holistic\, practical approach empowers individuals on their fertility journey and beyond. \nMy overall success rate has been over 89%. \nWith extensive NHS experience in both primary and secondary care\, I’ve spent years specialising in women’s health—gynae\, maternity\, and fertility—working in Belfast’s first NHS fertility clinic before ART clinics emerged . I’ve also worked in a private Fertility Clinic in Belfast gaining knowledge which I used to translate into Reflexology techniques for ART clients.  My  practical reflexology work deepened my expertise\, and as a reflexologist\, I honed my fertility – focused approach after completing my Naturopathy qualification. For 15 years\, I’ve taught my CPD course\, whilst for 10 years I’ve delivered the OFQUAL regulated L5 Reflexology qualification in Belfast.
