DESCRIPTION:RECORDED\nSally is an experienced reflexologist passionate about enhancing women’s health and overall wellbeing.  This includes knowledge and experience in supporting women through menopause.\nShe has been a reflexologist for 25 years and works part-time for the Association of Reflexologists. She is also a qualified teacher and has previously taught the Reflexology Diploma but now focuses on teaching advanced courses for qualified reflexologists in Menopause\, Maternity and Mindful Reflexology (support for clients living with stress\, anxiety and depression).\n \nShe also has a thriving reflexology practice in SE London. Through this work\, she has been privileged to support many amazing clients towards improved wellbeing.\n \nMaternity Reflexology aims to optimise health and wellbeing and can offer support throughout pregnancy and beyond. It is a wonderful joint experience and one we should feel honoured to be part of. Building knowledge and skills in treating pregnant women is key to building confidence and a successful practice.\nIn this talk\, I will share cautions and offer some tips for working successfully with pregnant clients.
