Simone Meschnig is a Sound healing therapist, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Laughter Yoga leader and Artist.

Simone’s passion is to work with sound, either the sound of healing instruments or the sound of her voice. She is practising sound healing therapy, offers sound baths and teaches various Sound Healing courses for the Sound Healing Academy in Ireland.

Simone feels moved to allow sound work to touch all areas of her life and supports others on their own paths in doing so as well.

Simone will give a brief introduction into the world of sound healing and will explain different ways of working with sound healing instruments.

With the example of tuning forks and singing bowls she will show how someone can work on an off the body.

She will finish up with a little sound bath followed by some time for Q&A.
