The last few years have been difficult for many children. The ongoing stress, fear and uncertainty created by the COVID-19 pandemic has weighed heavily on them. Many have and continue to have a tough time coping emotionally and levels of stress and anxiety in children have increased as a result.

Reflexology is a safe, gentle, nurturing and enjoyable therapy that children can benefit from, helping to reduce the levels of stress and anxiety.

In this 1 hour presentation, Catriona will demonstrate a 5 step mindful Reflexology protocol to help children to release anxieties, to ground and to reconnect with themselves.

Catriona Plunkett is a trainer/therapist at Golden Egg Holistic, an award winning centre of excellence for Holistic Therapy trainings.  Catriona has presented at conferences and seminars for the Reflexology Association of Australia, FHT and Reflexology Association of Canada. She is very passionate about Reflexology and is very proud to represent Ireland as the Irish coordinator for ICR (International Council of Reflexologists).
